Role Overview:
As an HR Recruiter, youll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments
- Define role requirements and strategies with hiring managers
- Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and social media
- Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications
- Maintain and utilize ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho, Lever)
- Build talent pipelines and track recruitment metrics
- Support employer branding and attend hiring events if needed
Requirements
Required Skills:
- 5 Years of Strong experience in IT Recruitment
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment
- Proficiency in ATS tools
- Sourcing expertise using various platforms
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
