Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards, career pages, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Participate in organizing company events and engagement activities.
  • Support the performance management and feedback process.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, documentation, and internal communications.
  • Perform administrative tasks and other HR-related duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
