We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards, career pages, and social media.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Participate in organizing company events and engagement activities.
- Support the performance management and feedback process.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, documentation, and internal communications.
- Perform administrative tasks and other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
