We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to spearhead our brand growth, drive demand generation, and build a scalable, content-led marketing engine. This leadership role is central to elevating SYMB’s visibility, expanding our digital footprint, and unlocking new market opportunities across geographies.

The role will work closely with Sales, Client Servicing, and Delivery teams to create a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

·        Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning

o   Develop and own the Brand Communication Strategy and Marketing Plan.

o   Identify growth gaps in the industry and lead research to define the company’s positioning.

o   Conduct quarterly planning with leadership on market trends, opportunities, and branding shifts.

·        Marketing Execution & Visibility

o   Lead execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns.

o   Own the creation and distribution of high-quality content including: Thought leadership pieces, Project showcases, Trend reports.

o   Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels.

·        Content & Collateral Creation

o   Create sales enablement assets including: Company profile decks, Case studies, Service-specific pitch documents.

o   Build a scalable content calendar for monthly/bi-monthly publications.

·        Marketing Analytics & Reporting

o   Track planned vs actual outcomes.

o   Provide dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights.

·        Event Marketing & Industry Networking

o   Identify and manage participation in relevant events/web summits in: India (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore), US (San Diego, Phoenix, Las Vegas, SF, NY).

o   Organize booth sponsorships, speaker opportunities, and partnership meets.

·        CRM Implementation & Sales Support

o   Set up and maintain a CRM system.

o   Ensure old and existing client data is properly documented and leveraged for campaigns.

·        Client Account Growth & Rekindling

o   Reconnect with past clients to explore re-engagement.

o   Collaborate with Account Managers and Project Managers to recommend new ideas to active clients.

o   Standardize processes for upsell and cross-sell across accounts.

·        Team Collaboration & Ideation

o   Drive regular brainstorming sessions for new service/product ideas.

o   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of brand, sales, and delivery messaging.

KPIs

·        Growth in inbound leads and marketing-qualified opportunities

·        ROI and reach of marketing campaigns

·        Web and social traffic, engagement, and conversion rates

·        Number of re-engaged and converted past clients

·        Volume and consistency of marketing collateral

·        CRM adoption and data hygiene metrics

·        Event participation and resulting business impact
