Senior Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with 5+ years of experience in IT services and staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the U.S. market, proven success in client acquisition, and thrive in targetdriven roles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential. A valid B1/B2 visa is required for occasional travel to the U.S. for business development activities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a self-starter with deep industry knowledge, especially within the U.S. market, and the ability to travel as needed.

• Strong understanding & experience of staffing models (including MSP/VMS, direct placements, and contract hiring.
• A valid B1/B2 visa is required for occasional travel to the U.S.
• Proven lead generation and client acquisition capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strategic thinking and consultative sales approach.
