- Unified 12 corporate landing pages — including the MLB and Uber/UberEats education-partnership pages and the Pearson landing-page microsite — under one shared template and component library with integrated chat, webinar and enrollment-form APIs; built a central system integrating Airtable and Drupal to automate designer assignment and resource tracking; and centralized 8 of 10 core student services into one hub with integrated APIs, automated forms and rebuilt-to-standard accessibility.
- Verified results
- Landing-page load time fell from 5.0s to 2.0s (−60%) with bounce down 38% and enrollment conversions up 47%; course-designer assignment fell from 48 hours to 4 hours (−91%) with resource reuse up 65% and course launch time down 42%; and the student hub cut support tickets 52%, cut time-to-find-a-resource 64%, and raised accessibility from 72 to 98 (ADA).
