Real engagements, described in ABM's own words.
EdTechStarbucks Global Academy
- Problem
- Deliver a consistent global learning platform across five regions (US, Canada, EMEA, Latin America & Caribbean, Asia Pacific) — each with different URLs, LMS links, languages and content availability — without fragmenting the brand or duplicating engineering effort.
- Verified result
- 5 regional website variants live from one codebase, 10 build/staging environments, and 139 content-pipeline scripts delivered.
EdTechASU / EdPlus
- Problem
- Static, fragmented content across events, degree and newsroom pages made program discovery slow for prospective students and every update manual — compounded by integrating dynamic content from multiple databases and APIs, including merging events from three separate sources and adapting a Vue/Bootstrap form to run on Drupal.
- Verified result
- Faster, searchable degree discovery and automated content/form workflows, delivered in support of ASU’s enrollment goals.
EdTechCintana (ASU)
- Problem
- ASU’s academic content platform faced performance bottlenecks as users and data grew, weak role-based access that caused security gaps and admin overhead, manual AWS deployments that bred delays and errors, disorganized content with weak tagging and search, and security/compliance risk around authentication and encryption.
- Verified result
- 1,951+ learners supported, 91% active user engagement, 3,169 courses managed, and 40 partner institutions (93% actively participating).
EdTechDegreeMe (ASU Online)
- Problem
- ASU Online’s degree catalog relied on manual upkeep, producing duplicate and stale listings that eroded recommendation trust; legacy serverless APIs struggled with long AI request times and inconsistent manual deploys; and config-driven forms created keyboard-focus and mobile-rendering failures.
- Verified result
- 143,999 total degree-search users, 8,826 qualified conversions (RFI + app starts), 92,730 organic search clicks, and an 80.1 customer satisfaction (CSAT) score.
EdTechESHE DASH Transcoder (ASU)
- Problem
- ASU’s ESHE platform had a maximum video file size of 350MB, restricting large-scale video processing for course content.
- Verified result
- Enabled seamless transcoding and storage across video formats with automated processing, reduced storage overhead through automatic cleanup, and improved system stability through better error handling.
EdTechLanguage Buddy (ASU)
- Problem
- Traditional language courses inside Canvas lacked scalable speaking practice, and manually reviewing spoken assignments was slow and time-consuming for instructors.
- Verified result
- Faster feedback and unlimited speaking practice for students.
EdTechASU Online "Pearson" Landing Pages
- Problem
- ASU Online needed many marketing landing pages — the pages prospective students see when exploring a degree program — that change often with new programs, copy and campaigns, all while staying consistent, accessible and safe to ship without breaking the Request for Information (RFI) form that captures student leads.
- Verified result
- 5+ page families supported, 40 automated test files, 350 automated test cases, and 90% required code coverage.
EdTechUber & UberEats (ASU)
- Problem
- Uber and UberEats drivers and their families needed a trustworthy path to an ASU degree through Uber's tuition-support benefit, but the platform faced stale Algolia search results that didn't reflect ASU's latest programs, RFI-submission API failures that disrupted information requests, complex eligibility and tuition-transfer rules to enforce for drivers and family members, and inconsistent analytics across a funnel spanning auth, driver verification, eligibility and submission.
- Verified result
- 2 unified branded experiences (Uber Pro and Uber Eats), 3 integrated learning tracks, 100+ searchable programs and courses, and 1 shared learning platform for drivers and their families.
EdTechMLB (ASU)
- Problem
- The ASU and MLB education partnership needed a landing page for a very specific audience — current and former professional baseball players — that stayed simple and clear in both English and Spanish, balanced a useful Request for Information form against feeling too long, checked contact details to reduce low-quality leads, followed ASU brand standards, and gave the team visibility into campaign performance across separate staging and production environments.
- Verified result
- 2 localized experiences (English & Spanish), 3 deployment environments (local, staging & production), 7 campaign-tracking parameters, and 9 supported education pathways.
EdTechArizona State University
- Problem
- ASU’s digital touchpoints grew faster than the systems behind them: a dozen standalone corporate-partner landing pages (including the MLB, Uber/UberEats and Pearson programs) were duplicated and maintained by hand at roughly 30 hours/week with a 5.0-second load time; assigning a course designer took 48 hours with duplicated resources and slipped deadlines; and students juggled a dozen logins across services, filling support queues and scoring only 72 on ADA accessibility.
- Verified result
- Landing-page load time fell from 5.0s to 2.0s (−60%) with bounce down 38% and enrollment conversions up 47%; course-designer assignment fell from 48 hours to 4 hours (−91%) with resource reuse up 65% and course launch time down 42%; and the student hub cut support tickets 52%, cut time-to-find-a-resource 64%, and raised accessibility from 72 to 98 (ADA).
HealthTechAster DM Healthcare
- Problem
- Aster DM Healthcare wanted patients enrolled in its Aster Chronic Care program (diabetes, hypertension and other chronic conditions) to track their health from home, but needed reliable communication between Bluetooth medical devices and mobile phones, first-mover speed to market, and a product ready to scale to millions of existing Aster Healthcare customers.
- Verified result
- Patients can track and analyze blood-pressure and glucose readings directly in the app; intelligent business reports help doctors reach a more accurate diagnosis; and the platform integrates with BP and blood-glucose devices from other manufacturers.
